My take on the Velaris Sigil in the form of Earrings. These Black Star Sapphires literally capture the essence of such a night and I've set them in silver much like the protective force field Rhys put around the city. These studs can be worn with or without the earring jackets and the jackets can be worn with most other stud earrings.
